How We Work
Tell us what you want
Contact us and describe your needs with as much detail as you can provide. We're flexible, we can help you develop and produce your parts from a description or simple sketch or we can produce your parts from digital files that you provide. Suitable filetypes include DXF, DWG, AI, PDF, EPS, STL, OBJ and more. Vector files are best, but we can convert most image files, like JPEG into useable artwork. Our CNC can cut, drill, engrave, and 3D carve wood, plastic, foam and other materials with sizes as large as 60" x 120" up to 4" thick.

Once we understand your needs and the scope of the project, we will get back to you with a cost estimate within 48 hours. Costs are based on several factors:
- Design - Do you have your own drawings or do you need us to produce them?
- File Preparation - If you are providing drawings, are they suitable for routing, or do we have to spend time cleaning them up to ensure a good result?
- Tooling - Are your parts complex, requiring several cutting functions and bit changes?
- CNC Table Time - How long does the actual job take to rout?
- Material Choice and Availability - Are the materials for your project expensive, are they difficult to rout, are you supplying them or are we aquiring them?
- Time Frame - Do you need your parts right now or can we fit them into our production schedule?
